X-Factor Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu was started as an outreach for youth and a place where relationships could be formed through the practice of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. We pride ourselves in providing our students with a great atmosphere to train in. We also go above and beyond to ensure that we are providing you with solid instruction in BJJ. The Gracie Combatives™ course is based on the 36 most important techniques of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. Designed by Rorion Gracie specifically for the U.S. Army, the objective of this program is to give any student, man or woman, big or small, the most realistic effectiveness in the shortest period of time. The 36 techniques have been broken down into 23 different classes. No experience is necessary to participate in any of the 23 Gracie Combatives classes making it the ideal course for students with unpredictable or busy schedules.

I’m really happy to hear Steve and James got they’re blue belts…congrats.
You guy’s are all a big inspiration for me to get my health back up 100%. Man…I miss rolling!
